Marvel just announced all of these new movies. | Dearest Geeks of EarthMarvel Studios President Kevin Feige revealed today the films that will make up “Phase 3″ of the Marvel Cinematic Universe over the next five years:

May 1, 2015: Avengers: Age of Ultron

July 17, 2015: Ant-Man

May 6, 2016: Captain America: Civil War

November 4, 2016: Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch is rumored to be playing the title character)

May 5, 2017: Guardians of the Galaxy 2

July 28, 2017: Thor: Ragnarok

November 3, 2017: Black Panther 

May 4, 2018: Avengers: Infinity War – Part I

July 6, 2018: Captain Marvel 

November 2, 2018: Inhumans

May 3, 2019: Avengers: Infinity War – Part II

“When we have information we want to reveal, we reveal it,” Feige said to the amassed fans and media at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood. “Sometimes that’s in a press release, sometimes that’s in San Diego Comic-Con… and sometimes that’s on a random Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the morning.”

Black Panther and Captain Marvel will mark the studio’s first stand-alone films for a superhero of color and a female superhero, and while many questioned Marvel’s decision not to focus films on Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) and Hulk (Mark Ruffalo), Fiege said:

“It’s about bringing new characters to the screen. Black Widow couldn’t be more important than an Avenger herself, and like Hulk, ‘The Avengers’ films will be the films where they play a primary role.”

No casting announcements were made for Captain Marvel, Doctor Strange or Inhumans. Stay tuned.
